HostMas includes GAAP-compliant double-entry bookkeeping. It features a chart of accounts, journal entries, general ledger, balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports. Payments and invoices automatically generate journal entries for accurate financial tracking.
HostMas supports multiple roles: Super Admin, Tenant Admin, Admin, Manager, Accountant, Maintenance Staff, Student, and Guardian. Each role has specific permissions controlling what they can view and manage.
